Overview

Produksjonsoppgaver som lakkering og overflate sprøyting er det optimale bruksområdet for roboter. Robotene sprayer på løsemiddelbasert lakk med eller uten høyspenning, og resultatet blir alltid det samme. I den automatiserte cellen er det lettere å sørge for stabil temperatur og fuktighet og dermed oppnå reproduserbar kvalitet.

I tillegg til at  MOTOMAN-robotsystemene er svært raske, medfører den høye presisjonen og de godt koordinerte bevegelsene i banen betydelige besparelser på både tid og materiale. Lakken påføres jevnt ved maksimal hastighet, med garanterer perfekt resultat.
